Established in year 1995 and based in Singapore, ASPEC LIGHTINGS & BUILDING SERVICES PTE LTD, specializes in providing innovative and cost effective lighting solution for residential, commercial including industrial customers.

 

Our distribution of lighting products ranges from South Korea, Taiwan, China, Italy and Spain.

 

We focus our lighting design specifically to help our client to lower their lighting operating cost and yet be able to meet the stringent requirement of local building code.

 

Our facilities management services provide a one-stop outsourcing solution for a wide range of facility service support requirements.

 

Maintenance of general facilities. 

Provide assessment of current facility conditions expose to ever-changes resulting from age, use, application and environment. The facility audit identifies specific facility conditions that enable the facilities management department to make effective mangement decisions.

 

Lighting System Maintenance/scheduled re-lamping.

Conduct scheduled checks and provide recommendation for replacement or repairs. Re-lamping exercise is encouraged for periodic maintenance.

 

M&E and A&A works.
